War.
When the bloom is off the garden,
And I'm fighting in the sky,
When the lawns and beds harden,
And when weak birds starve and die,
And death-roll will grow longer,
Eyes will be moist and red;
And the more I kill, the longer
Shall I miss friends who are dead.

And so, when the war will be over,
We'll seek for the wonderful one.
Maiden will look for her lover,
And mother will look for her son.
And then, an end to our grieving,
And gladness will gleam over loss.
As glory beyond all believing!
We point to a name on a Cross.

Tony and Tracey Brooks are our strongest allies in England. Tony has provided lots of the ideas and pictures for this455th website. In addition, he has dedicated another site to the Rabbs. It is our sister site and it is
www.455thaaa-rabbs-tribute.freeola.net

Tony lovingly cares for our 455th AAA Memorial in Norfolk, England, where he and his family live. Tony, Tracey and their children, Cherese and Curtislee, traveled to America and were our very special guests at their very first 455th reunion in 2002. There, in Nashville, they renewed friendships from the Dedication Trip to England in 2000. This American visit was even more memorable as we look back at it in time.

They were our constant companions during our 2000 Veterans dedication trip. After that dedication trip, I (Brenda) stayed on in England and traveled with the Brooks and Feise to Gerderath, Germany where Tracey used her psychic abilities and located the exact spot where Andrew Scalf was killed in a patch of woods there. This was later verified by the US State Department maps.

We value their very special friendship to the 455thAnti Aircraft Artillery Group and to the Burchfields
