The
Viers and Field Families are always a presence in our reunions.
I met them at our very first reunion and was immediately attracted
to this vibrant familly. Barb Field is the widow of Sgt. Charles
Field "C" who was Andrew's superior.
Barbara (and Charlie when he was alive) always gives to the 455th funds …..Memorial, food, whatever……….unselfishly every year. Connie, Wayne (the Fields' son) and daughter Amber jump in and do what needs to be done at the reunions. They were absent at the 2006 reunion and it was almost like an arm was missing. They contribute with money and the "know-how" to get things done. |
